Six rooms, each one different from the next and all with en-suite bathrooms, are situated in the main building. Each has its own dominant colour scheme, combining antique family furnishings with modern, sophisticated design pieces. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between a country house and a refined residence, and instils an innate sense of pleasant serenity, thanks in part to the views that unfold when you look out of the windows.

It evokes the soft colour of lavender and its lightness: these are the features that set this room apart, with its large windows. It offers a bright view of the rolling hills. To the west, it is bordered by a centuries-old Lebanese cedar; the ceiling is high, with exposed lacquered beams.

RED ROOM

Overlooking the historic garden, bright, with sweeping views and delightful scenery, the Red Room is synonymous with relaxation, well-being and tranquillity.
The antique furnishings have been passed down through generations of the Premoli family; the suspended ceiling is decorated with a plaster moulding, the floor is made of natural wood and, alongside the grand king-size bed, there is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate a third person. The Red Room allows you to savour the charm and atmosphere of an ancient stately home.

Intimate, quiet, relaxing, north-facing: the Green Room overlooks the ancient courtyard and evokes the rural life of days gone by, rooted in the countryside, shaped by the changing seasons and ever-shifting landscapes, by daily chores and a loving devotion to nature.

BLUE ROOM

An experience to be shared whilst respecting the privacy of one’s own space: a room with two French beds which, by their very nature, remain separate. The furnishings are original to the house and thus convey the elegant atmosphere of days gone by, combined with the comfort and modern amenities that characterise the hospitality at Villa Premoli. The room faces north, offering a pleasant view of Monte Tomba and Monte Grappa.
YELLOW ATTIC

The meticulous restoration of the villa has restored the splendour of the two bedrooms on the attic floor. The yellow attic is a refined retreat where the wood creates a warm, romantic atmosphere and where the original beamed ceiling captivates with its timeless beauty. The wardrobe is hand-decorated by local artists of yesteryear, and the view that unfolds from the three quatrefoil windows offers a sense of well-being and warm hospitality.

Situated opposite the yellow attic, the red attic overlooks the loggia to the west and the slopes of Monte Tomba to the north. Its mountain-style décor evokes the forest and the warmth of Alpine hospitality, with a cosiness and intimacy that reflect the style and attention to every detail. In the red attic, you’ll enjoy true relaxation in a corner of the world that is all your own.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is lovingly prepared in the Villa’s sunny main hall, where local produce is served to ensure a pleasant start to the day. At sunset, an aperitif in the garden, accompanied by Villa Premoli’s organic Prosecco DOCG, will provide a delightful moment of leisure and relaxation.

An aperitif in the garden or on the loggia, featuring a tasting of Villa Premoli organic Prosecco Asolo DOCG Brut, served with a platter of our own cured meats and local cheeses accompanied by jams and homemade bread.
HOME-STYLE DINNER | Euro 35 (per person)
Lunch or dinner in the garden or on the loggia with a tasting of Villa Premoli organic Prosecco Asolo DOCG Brut; served with a cold first course, eggs from our hens, a platter of home-made cured meats and local cheeses with Grappa honey, vegetables from the garden and home-baked bread; water, dessert and coffee.
PICNIC BASKET
Villa Premoli’s picnic basket for your day trips. It is freshly prepared on request, subject to one day’s notice.
